Hold the bottom bushing with a large pipe wrench soak the top and bottom of the bolt with wd 40. If that dont work try heating it up.

there is thread lock in the blots heat the bottom of the large washer and the end of the bolt with a torch, when you start smelling burning rubber, stop put an impack on the top and hold the washer underneathe and it will come right out

One more question. My kit is a Summit and the directions SUCK!!!!!!!!.
It said to CAREFULLY BEND the fuel and brake lines by hand. That makes me a little squirrley. Would it be OK to start slowly raising the body and let the fuel and brake line take a natural bend or do I need to bend them by hand. And do I use a bottle jack or floor jack.

no dont do that and make sure there disconnected from the brake line holders on the frame...thats why you buy a PA lift not a summit brand lift
