xcal2 flashing

i wanna be sure i do this right, now do i disconnect the fuel pump and the fuel pump motor fuse or just the fuel pump fuse?

huh? i just turned the key to run when the unit says to, then turn it off and back on


i dont know what you are talking about fuel pump? i just left mine run. lol

dont worry about it i never have

the reson they instuct you is so you dont drain your battery down in the middle of a down load but the ranger programs are quick so no worries

Second this-I have Xcal3 buts its the same thing-just newer/better version
They tell you to leave all lights/radios and such off so not to drain battery in the middle of download, but if you have good battery you have no worries. It would be such a pain in the but to have to take out the fuel pump fuse every time you load a tune
