Measurement of a step side bed?

Can anyone give me the length and more importantly the width of a step side ranger bed.

Off the top of my head around 3.5' x 5.5', it's small......very small.

I think the width at the tailgate is around 44 inches (and like all rangers it's about 40 inches between the wheel wells).
The length is the same as all shortbox rangers, so about 6 feet.

That's going to be tight.... I was just guessing 44 inches at the tailgate, maybe someone can take a measurement to be sure?

ok at the smallest point(about the middle) mine was 39.5". don't think it will fit. FYI i have a factory bed liner. that will cut down on some room

So I would be better off just looking for a ranger with a regular side bed.
