it does in the back only part it doesn't sit flush at is up at the hindges but ones i get the weather striping on it'll sit flush..... but i'm very happy with it so far it'll be installed on the truck later this after noon ... it just sitting on it right6 now cause i'm helping up at the church

Looks good, i got a hinged tonneau today...Took it out of the box, and the retards gave me the wrong one...so now i have to drive 45 minutes...AGAIN to go get their mistake.
