mickey T Claws
i got some 33 baja claws a few months back i was wonderifn if anyone knows how they are in the snow, they look like they would tear **** up but ive heard diff things from a few people. i still have my stock L2 rims/tires but if the bajas are good i would like to sell them.

I can't really tell you since I live in FL and I don't have them, but from what I've read about them they're a great all around tire. I was looking at getting some when I was planning on building a weekend Jeep. Unfortunately I had to scrap it b/c I already have too many projects :(

My roomate had them on his dakota back when it was lifted and they worked great. With a LSD he barely ever switched into 4wd. His were also 33s.

im still waiting on those pictures of these claws...

If you see BlazedB2 on here, ask him. He runs 33" MT Baha Claws on his wonderful little Bronco II. They did real well in mud, I can tell you that. He was in the videos from Wharton I posted.

The only thing you would have to worry about is ice, but if youre a careful snow driver than i say they will more than suffice... |
I've heard the "no good in mud" thing also, Gil. In fact, I was considering them for my truck at one point and did some "internet research" and found people who said they weren't that good in mud -- but compared to what? Boggers? I don't know.
I do know I watched Jay (BlazedB2) spin those things and they pulled him through mud when he had some of the lowest ground clearance among those who went through. He was actually dragging his belly in places and it didn't matter. So, from what I've seen, they kick some muddy butt -- at least on Jay's truck. |

my dad had them on his b2 and at first he loved them but after awhile different story. wet snow they work ok, anything with ice they are useless, also they suck in the rain. If it was me i would get them siped and rotate them at least every 3000 miles and you should be ok. by the way they will be loud even with rotating them and if you don't they will get even louder.

ya you can deff hear them going down the road, they arnt to bad tho you want people to know your coming so they will look at your truck
