300,000K

My truck is currently at 289,547k miles, pretty soon she'll go over 300k, which will surprise me, as all my vehicles die long long before that.
But this truck i take excellent care of, and i baby it when i drive.

Now that's a bunch of miles. My 01 has 268K km's (167K miles) on it. Would be nice if it sees that.

Yep, same old 2.9 V6 it had in 1988, weather it was ever rebuilt or not is beyond me, as i have only been in possession of this truck for about 5 years.

I think as long as i take care of her, drive easy, and replace parts as needed, along with everything else, i think she'll go long after 300k.

Just take excellent care of it, change parts as needed, keep RPM's down, change oil like every 5k miles, she'll go forever.

That's pretty good. I'm at 247,000 and going on the original engine with no internal repairs so far. I just installed a BBK Instacharger on it a couple months ago too. 10 lbs and still runs hard and burns zero oil.

Yeah after it reaches 300k, I'm probably gonna have the engine rebuilt, get all new parts and such.
Just to better prepare the engine for a 2-3 inch lift, and a somehow bigger tires then i have.
