Mustang Dome Light Not Working
 

I just got my dome light installed. I have power to all the contacts, but the map lights don't work.

YELLOW = Constant
RED = Switched
BLUE = Ground

When I check the continuity between Yellow and Blue I have continuity, and when I check Red and Blue I have continuity. The center light works but the maps don't. I have checked all the bulbs and they all have continuity.

Anyone have an idea whats not working?

EDIT: Between Yellow and Blue I have continuity if the switches are on, and I don't have continuity if the switches are off.
