Possible torsion bar problem

While I was changing the oil and waiting for it to drain all out I noticed that one bolt on the t-bar was out further than the other.

People at work have asked me if a fat chick sat on my passenger side cause it is notcible that that side sits lower.

I messured the ground to wheel moldng passenger side was 32 1/4"
Driver side was 32 3/4" should I worry and call ford or forget about it?

I have never touched the bolts

Crank it in one turn measure take it for a ride measure again and adjust accordingly. Not a big deal at all.

my bolts were like this when I cranked my t-bars for adding an inch to level.

If i remeber right, they are suppose to be uneven like that to some degree. This is to compensate for weigh distribution from the drivers side versus passenger side. the DS has gas tank, driver, etc and so the t-bar is pre-loaded to take these weights into consideration, which is why the DS t-bar bolt is higher. And if I've understood readings from the past, this is called the "ranger lean" (left to right lean), not to be confused with rake (back to front lean).

I think this is the only photo I have on my t-bars. I can check when I get home from work around 5:40 mnt time

That's my passenger side t-bar cover plate and bolt. Ignore the damage, but this is what stock looked like on my truck. The damage was driver error from off-roading less than a week into owning my truck (April 05) and the reason why I have the RCD kit. About 2 or 3 weeks after this I cranked my t-bars to give me 1inch in "lift" to level out my truck.
