There's four bolts behind the bumper, loosen them up and move the bumper up then tighten the bolts down and stand back and look at your work.

crawl underneath your truck

2 bolts (on each side) hold a bracket onto the frame

and another 4 bolts (2 on each side) hold your bumper to those brackets

just loosen the nuts you do not have to take the bolts all the way off

adjust to your liking

re-tighten said bolts GRADUALLY

you can either loosen the bolts on the frame to the brackets

or from the brackets to the bumper....try not to do both at the same time (it makes it rather difficult)

hint: its a lot easier with 2 people

thanks a lot stig!
but i think its as high as it can go :( i got everything loosened up so it would slide up and down, but yeah it seems thats the highest it will go up for some reason.

Take a hammer and hit the bracket up while its loosened.. make sure its actually getting it as high as it can go - might be rusted to the bolts and/or frame

yeah I didnt try that but I sure will tomorrow.
thanks a lot mike, good tip :P

when i was bolting mine back after a new valance, i had to support it on my chin. thats right my chin.. somebody couldnt hold my bumper COUGHkeithCOUGH. maybe it has to do with the fact that my bumper is STEEEEL... and thre rest of yours are plastic! muwhahahaha

it does look a bit low. Mine has a bit of a gap, but not bad. I put mine on by myself and it is as high as she goes.

just snug one side, then snug the other...then take a look.
