Icon5 Frost on hoses after heater core replacement

I just had the heater core replaced on my 97 Ranger. I noticed after idling for a few minutes, that frost is forming on a couple of the hoses in the engine compartment. The hose appear to go to be attached to the A/C, but i'm not sure.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks,

Dave

My guess is that you could be low on freon. When you use the defroster, the A/C kicks on as well to help defog the windshield. I could be totally wrong as I am not a mechanic but I am sure that someone will pipe in with a better answer.
