Have insurence? Think again.
So, last month, dad switches insurence companies from allstate to liberty mutual, cause theyre way cheaper, like 200$ cheaper on my ranger... so dad ups the coverage to like maximum coverage.... ok, so we get the cards and what not all is good... till today.
we get a letter, "your 2004 Ford Ranger has been suspended of Collision, Comp, Theft and Fire coverage as of Jan 31st 2006"
Dads like wtf... so he calls em up, "oh it was a glitch its all fixed now"
so, here I am, driving around with like 0 coverage on my truck for like a month, it took them a month to mail a letter 4 suburban blocks.... to tell us, we no longer had coverage on my truck... to me, thats total BS

When I got divorced, my ex wife transfered her car off of our account, only the morons at the insurance company accidentally transfered mine off the account and billed me for hers. My truck was basically uninsured for 6 weeks before I found out, and it still took them three weeks to get me insurance cards that were up to date. I hate insurance companies in a major way!!!

a few words...
State Farm!
KBB and NADA quoted my 93 4x2 ex cab 4.0 ranger from 2300-4400. After my accident I got a check for 5600 for the truck, plus an injury claim as well. On top of that, Ford wanted to finance me at 8.9% for the 9K loan I have on my '04. State Farm Bank for 9k loan...5.4%.
End commercial

you paid for coverage
if push came to shove your lawyer(if it came to that) could find the paper trail of your payment to them for services.
This is just a clerical mistake.
