Totalled my truck.
Rolling down the road at 38 mph in a 45mph zone. I was following a guy who had pine limbs over his brake lights and I was at a good distance. Only thing is, he slammed on the brakes and I didn't see lights, but I didn't have enough time to slow my 33's down. So, this was maybe a 25 mph collision (he wasn't completely stopped yet).
I finally got flared front fenders!!! But not the ones I wanted. Doesn't look like much, but the bed and the cab are touching, the doors hang an inch lower than the body lines when they're open and the firewalls pushed back in the cab a little.

We don't know just yet if the frame's bent. It doesn't look like it right now, but we have to get the bumper and fenders off to see for sure. My suspicion is when it crumpled the front, it pulled the frame horns up, but we'll see when we start measuring.
Yeah, I'm fine. Just a pretty good airbag burn on my arm.

Been there done that, it sucks....i was so pissed, putting so much time, money and effort into the truck then some stupid f**k is to lazy to clear his tail lights he ruins our pride and joy....and dont give a flying f**k about it...
That really bothers me, this all could have been avoided if the driver of the other truck wasnt so lazy. That sucks about the truck, hopefully it can be fixed but on the other flip of the coin, will it be the same if the frame is tweaked, would it be worth it?

Dude That sucks!
I bet they total it, because the Bags were blown. Most accidents on lower line vehicles are determined by the bags being blown or not. My Brother in law had his Neon sandwiched between two vehicles and it had a lot of damage, but they rebuilt it for the sole reason that the bags didn't blow. He was stopped at a stop light and airbags don't go off at 0 MPH.
