my trucks stance is all messed up

Alright well the whole left side of my truck is an inch and about a quarter higher than my right side. the drivers side front is 6 inches from bottom of fender to top of tire. and on the passenger side its 4.75 inches from bottom of fender to top of tire. Its really noticable in person. Its been like this for a while. Is there something broken that I need to replace b/c it drives fine? I favor the way the drivers side looks more than the passenger side. If you no I'd really like to know.

I think in order for me to diagnose, you're going to have to send me the wheels and tires for my truck lol jK. Well USUALLY it's the opposite and the driver's side is lower.

I'm not really sure what it was. Are your torsion bars cranked evenly? Also maybe check your leaf pack or shackles. Sometimes shackles will rust apart, or possibly you've got a broken leaf? My friend's 91 Ranger had a broken leaf or 2, it was VERY scary looking, it was only a farm truck at least. BUt it made the right side sit lower than the driver's side.

Also, don't measure from the top of the tire, measure from the rim, or the center cap. Uneven treads, etc, can throw off measurements. Measure from the lip of the rim or the center cap.

I would take it a step farther and measure from the ground to the fender. Uneven tire pressure could also add to that.

Could add to what? Measuring from the tire to the fender? Because Measureing from the ground to the fender would sure as well be effected by tire pressure, assuming there is a difference of mroe than just 2-3PSI

if there was an inch and a 1/4 of tread wear that tire would be bald.....

I'm not saying that there's an inch and a quarter of tread wear.. not at all. I'm saying any weird wearing on the tire can throw the measurements off. --NOT an inch and a quarter, but a quarter inch, etc. I'm not stupid :)

My point is, measureing from the center cap or the lip of the rim SHOULD eliminate most variables related to the tire (wearing, size, pressure).

NO NO NO DO NOT do torsion keys. NO NO NO!

You're supposed to get an alignment after cranking the torsion bars, but it would REALLY depend on how much you're considering cranking them...

sorry it took so long to reply back to some of your questions but yes I did get a torsion bar adjustment. I don't think they did it right though. I'll put pics on in about 5min.

Yes it is. BUt I can't really see the bolts too well in the pictures. BTW., the driver's side bolt should be cranked slightly more than the passenger's side. Aka the driver's side bolt should appear "shorter" than the passenger's side bolt.

Check it real quick please?

Is the left one cranked all the way in?

When I got my truck the pass. was unscrewed more than the drivers...

I'd give the passenger a few cranks..
