Need help
I'm looking for a cap or a clutch fluid reservoir for a 93 ford ranger XLT 2.3. I have done several searches and can't find the part. The local parts stores say I have to buy the whole slave unit(which is still good)

It's more likely a part of the Master, definately not the slave.
Do you still have the rubber bladder inside the reservoir?
If so, at least keep the dirt out with some duct tape until you find a cap.
Maybe you can find one in the HELP section of the AP stores. IF not, try a JY.
Might even try the Ford dealer; they've surprised me before with the "little" parts they stock.

Yea...try a JY for the bladder.
but heads up...the only way to get a resevour or cap or bladder, is ordering the master cyl. They are all sold together(resevour(cap and bladder too), resevour to master hose, master cyl, master cyl to slave cyl hose w/ quik connector.)
