Bigger tires

Hey guys, just got my first truck (04 xlt ranger) and was thinking of putting some bigger tires (30s to 35s) and was just wondering how is effects the truck? How bad do they effect fuel milage and everything else.
Thanks alot

After the lift and regearing, I get about 14mpg avg. With 35s and 4.88 gears with my 3.0 auto

If you're even asking about fuel mileage, lifting isn't for you.

You'll put quite a bit more wear and tear on the front end of the truck with the bigger tires too but you gotta pay to play

With a 4 inch suspension lift and 3 inch bodylift on 33s with 4.10 gears, I get right around 17mpg 95% highway driving.

But like said if mpg is a concern Id stop now.
