f150 coil seats will level out the front and usually you can get them from a pick and pull for under $10 are you 2wd or 4wd?

You can stack tacked washers under the coils to make a spacer... lots of info on the site not sure of the exact ones needed or how to go about it.

Look into getting 1.5" lift coils for the front. They run about 150 bucks, are easy to install and you can still have the front end aligned with some cam bushing.

I bought them from SummitRacing. If you find them cheaper anywhere else they will beat the price. The cam bushing I had the alignment shop buy/install because until they have it on a rack you don't know how many degrees are needed to get the front end aligned.
