How time flies .
I remember when the Ranger's predecessor , the Courier first came out. That would get 35-40 mpg.
That was during the 70's gas crunch. On even numbered days you could get gas only if the last digit on your tags had an even number. Odd days you had to have an odd number. Getting caught doing otherwise was something around a $500 fine.
