Is 5500 Too much for this truck?

Is 5500 Too much for this truck?
I was looking for a lower mileage truck, but this teuck is so CLEAN! It is a real nice Blue too (Brighter than Bright Island Blue) It has 118K though. It has bucket seats, a 4.0 auto with a Limited slip. Its a 99 so I am sure it has PVH, but I can replace those with avm's easily. The dealer up north of me has it and they are asking 6500, I got them down to 5500, but I just can't bite the Bullet. What do you think.
P.S. I couldn't get a deal worked out on the 04 F150 so I walked away. They sent me a letter, but the offer was still to high IMO.

flash them $5,000 in cash or check and see if they take it......$5,000-$5,500 is about right for that.....and MAKE them give you a CarFacts on it.....and watch them run it so you know it isn't a fake 1.......
it looks clean......it has the PVH......AVM's are not too expensive (cheaper than the hubs on my truck) and seem to be easy to replace.....and you have a wealth of knowledge if anything else breaks on it...

also request previous owner information so you can contact them and talk to them about it.....they wont lie to you, it isn't theirs anymore.....
and yes, a '01+ front end swap would be inorder......and not to hard to do...and then maybe a Superlift

i would love to find something like that as a DD still in good shape with 4wd, so i can park my beast. i hope to find something like that in a year or so.
idk if you like it why not? the price is right that is for sure.

your 2006 was that torn up already? wow
