Need Suggestions, Help, Opinions Please!

Ok, well i just bought a 94 ranger splash in december and before i registered it (cuz i had to sell another vehicle) i went and put a 4 inch Rough Country suspension lift with new leafs and 31" 10.50's, the rest of the truck is stock... so the problem: its been about 2 months that ive been driving the truck and it has this hard shake and rattle throughout the truck when i start to drive. it only happens from a stop or between 0-20 mph accelerating, i talked to people i knew and they said it might be the pitch on the drive shaft and rear, so i contacted Rough Country and they sent me thicker shims for the rear, and since changing them it hasnt been any better. its only from a start and the truck rides very smooth otherwise, cant seem to figure out what to do next....if anyone had this problem or has suggestions they are greatly appreciated, its gettin annoying with the shake and i dont know what to do next, Thanks!

thats the only thing i could thinkof that it could be is the drive shaft binding...

So after putting the shims on, the pinion angle is perfect?

It's the angle of the differential input shaft. See how mine is facing up? I need to fix my pinion angle to prevent binding of the driveshaft, which would cause a severe vibration and premature wear of the u-joints.

The angle to the rear is now very minimal after the larger angle shim was put in .
But still the shake is there . Could it be the angle to the t-case ???
Some one besides me has to have put this lift in with this type of problem.
HELP PLEASE
