new 06 badges.... how to get 'xlt' on them

so i got two new badges cheap on ebay. but they are plain ranger badges, how do i get XLT on them?

Jusnes sells badge decals, maybe he can get you an XLT decal

And they are good too. I got the 06 badges and small "EDGE" decals that go on them. Jusnes is the way to go.
