Cell phones are fine around town but dont work very well out in places like the Mojave or Anza-Borrego Desert.

Those who don't have don't understand the whole cb thing. Get stuck somewhere a phone can not be used and your screwed. Why run your cell phone bill up. I love having a cb you can hear some real funny sh** from us truckers. So if it works for you then thats all that matters anyway.
