I know this is a stupid question but i want to make sure that i am 100% right before i buy new wheels. Ok... I have 305/70/R16 sized tires and i wanted to get the wheels to fit these tires, so could anyone tell me what size wheel to get.

 

That tire is a 32.8x12, so basically a 33x12, you'll need a 16x8 in. wheel for that.
