You can still do a blow through without a bed cover.
Cut a hole in the front of your bed, slightly larger than the hole you cut in the back of the cab, and use sheet metal and angle iron to fab up an extension of the cab to house your box. But that would be how to do it right, and if you were gonna do all that fab, you could build your own bed cover.

sport truck mag covered a how to on this. build your box and run your lines thru the bed and cab and use some rubber stripping so there isnt leaks. put plexi glass in your box so you can tend to your subs if need be, then fasten the box to the bed floor so its sturdy, then rhinoline the whole thing as a one peice. you can haul dirt and bump at the same time.
