What's the deal with the visor? Is that like a double visor or something?

 

Shane your suck a ***** haha. Yeah those visors are actually 2 visors, I have no clue why Ford did that. I have those same ones in my truck. Those gauges look great man, glad you got the OHC fixed up.

 

i took them off.....I nightshaded then clear coated...then a few weeks later decided trhey werent dark enough so i did it again....Same to the tails too..

 

There from an explorer....I wanted the ones with 2 visors and 2 good mirrors

 

two visors so one can go to the side, by the door, the other in front, so, if your on a winding road, heading towards the sun, you don't have to keep moving one visor from the door to the windshield, wherever the sun is blinding you.

 

Ah that does make sense.

 

did you go to that sand dune park?(can't remember the exact name)...all those people trying to fly and stuff. I went there last summer.

 

Yeah jockeys ridge state park...I was AWSOMMMMMMEEEE..Look like the desert (what i imgaine)....I was super cool man, the sand was fine as 1000 grit paper.....Absoultly gorgeous

 

I can't hate on that....it's cool! I like it. I wouldn't do it...but i do like it.

Well thanks shane...I was orignally weary of doing it, but my freind needed some help doing a fox logo on his tails on his explorer...So i got to thinking hey that might look nice on my corners, since they were just sitting there!!!

I shoulda shaded them black, so you could see it more, i may sand all the nightshade off and redo it really dark....

I thought instead of carefully cutting the emblem out, why dont i order two 2-3" inch decals and stick them on there, shade em, and peel em back off....Thats the best way to do it...IMO

 

that is the correct way to do it, imo. lol.
