Looks good so far. Looks as if your front tires need an alignment.

here is also a drawing that i did during class today. Its what i want it to look like when im done. Obviously the D-rings are a must. I already have the four fog lights to mount. The question is how to do the extra fog light buckets in the bumper. and i will have front hitch sticking out for a winch.

also i want the stinger, but havent decider if i should put the to other tubes on the side coming off the main stinger... any imput??

I dont know. Just asking. I want an offroad bumper on my truck but they weigh a ton which is why I will probably end up with a tube bumper.

I want to make my own like yours out of aircraft aluminum and no D hoops.

You will probably need to get new coils for the front, with just my multi-mount on my 93 it weighs the front down a good bit more than I thought it would. The coils are what came with the superlift kit, I dont know what there rating is though and I havnt looked for any...just throwing an FYI out there

I like the bumper, looks good!!

1/4" plate will weigh just over 10 lbs per sq ft. Figure out how much you're planning to use and you have a rough weight estimate. Then add the rings, hitch, and winch. This thing is going to be very heavy! Personally I think making the entire thing out of 1/4" is excessive, but thats just me.

Hmm...interesting. I think I need to talk to you about it once your done so I can see the finished project. I have been looking for either a tube front or a plate, and by your mold, I am liking the plate idea.
