its not as bad as it seems, theres a good 6" between the bars and ground. before i made the drop brackets the bars were up against the body, not useable as steps. they are now. my 2wd was the perfect get in/ get out height. this 4x is just a bit taller and the steps make things easier. expecially for my wife/daughter. its not like i do serious off-roading with it. if i did 2 bolts per side/5 min and they could be off and in the bed. i have drug them through snow. i got them for use, not decoration.

i named mine lucy. there is some dude around here who has a "danger ranger" windshield banner. the thing is huge. way to big for the truck.
mike, i brought my bronk to crappy tire and the tech said i had no high beams. the tool didin't look on the floor to see the stomp pad that was there

my nickname came on by my homelessness embarassment. when i was going to school in canada, i couldnt afford to stay in a hotel so i slept in my truck. when the teacher asked me where i was staying i casually said im staying in the "Red Lodge" down the street. He never questioned me and the name stuck.
