Park the truck in the sun all day on a super hot day. Then at the end of the day go out and start pulling it up.

Mine came off super easy. Plastic scrapper. Rubbing compound. Maybe a VERY FINE abrasive pad. And a blow dryer.

Hot sun, and a razor blade here. Sounds crazy but I got mine off without a scratch.
Peal it up enough to get two fingers on it, than pull out and go forward along the stripe adjusting your grip down closer to it the further you go. Come off like butter.

Than industrial strength goo gone (military stuff) for the glue.

I goo goned after words and it faded my paint. I had to wash and wax like 6 times to get it back to a decent luster

The 3M Eraser Wheel is another version...I have a few of them and they are great for removing any decals or adhesive without any chance of messing up the paint.

I pulled the striping off and then used paint thinner to get the glue off of my truck. Worked like a charm.

Thats what my friend who is a body man uses. He said you don't want to use them on white vehicles though as you can actually "burn" the paint and turn it yellow/brown.
