Wow, that's some carnage!!!
Obviously speed was a playing factor here. Some might say you did the right thing by NOT hitting the dog, and some say you SHOULD have hit the dog, either way your insurance is going to skyrocket.
Having the dead dog on the road would have helped you out a little. Having a rolled truck in that condition with no animal in sight........hard to play off not speeding or not paying attention.
Hope it all works out for you and that your physically/mentally o.k from the accident.

No, I was not speeding. Speed limit on that road was 55mph. Country Highway away in the middle of nowhere. And if I hadn't been paying attention, I woulda plowed a furry instead of trying to avoid it. Oh, and it ain't rolled.
The only thing in that post that is correct, Yup my insurance will go up.
