Odd T bar Cranking Experience

So I went out to crank my t bars, I started and measured and had 10 on one 10.5 on the other(Distance from top of tire to crest of fender.

I cranked the 10 one all the way and it ended up at 10.5. The other has atleast 3/4s of an inch on the bolt. Is this normal?

Did I do it wrong?

Sounds like your torsion bars are sagged out.

It is my understanding that the bolts may not always be even when cranking to level the truck. You should have gotten more than half an inch though.

I know my truck used to be different from one side to another and the truck was level. I would imagine it's because one side has more weight on it than the other.

Im not too familiar with the t-bar cranking stuff.

I do know that the t-bars are cranked from the factory to account for driver weight and weight of the gas tank.

Adam you beat me by a split second.

Actually a minute by the looks of it. lol

On both of my 04's i had I ended up with one almost all the way in and the other had about half an inch it could go in. It's like that I believe due to extra weight on one side.

Probably, the cranked side has the gas tank/me haha

Mine was the same way. I only wanted about and inch of lift and to correct the "Ranger Lean", but ended up cranking one about 3x more than the other. It does help to measure with someone in the drivers seat.
