1. How high will the temp read on a OHC? mine read 124 F yesterday (sitting for a few hours), and im sure today will top that

2. I removed the ford emblem off the tailgate, it left 3 holes
Whats the easiest and best looking way i can fill them in? NO WELDING..

3. How do you remove the dealer stamp?? it looks purty secure???

answer to question 2

Easiest would be to bondo them up. Fill them in sand it down and have it painted

Before you start with the bondo u need to remove the paint aound the holes.

Bondo will never hold in those holes. The absolute only way to get the holes filled and for them to hold will be welding.

3. set your truck in the sun and let the metal warm up, get a blow dryer and put it on the emblem, get a razor blade and be careful as hell, then get the glue off with some oops or goo gone.

Can you take a picture of the dealer emblem.

I found on line a way to cover holes up using bondo.

http://azrx7.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=5830&hl= <-- probbaly the best for what you got

That will have to be a weekend project!!!

If i choose to leave the holes, can rain rust the tailgate from inside out?

Hey i got it, ill just paint the emblem flat black, and stick it back on there, thatll be alright! Itll match the truck more too

If you leave them open good chance water will get down in there. Even thought the hole is small there still is the chance
