My 93 Splash had blue interior. I thought it looked against the white exterior. But looking at your's it blue on blue. Not too sure how that would look, leaning toward the gray. Good luck with the clean-up.

I bet you could find the grey dash and other interior parts real cheap just by looking for some explorer part cars on CL. Most people don't sell those parts so you may be able to get a really good deal on them.

Yeah they had the dash and complete int. It was just money I don't have right now...and it would be cheaper just to paint the rest of it....I may go back and get the cluster bezel and lower dr.side dash panel though and I need some new window handle cranks.

Should look great josh! You can also try dying your old carpet black, a lot of people do it on older import cars. They get a trash can, fill it with water, add some RIT dye fabric dye, and then let the carpet soak in it for a few days and it usually comes out looking like a new black carpet. I can find some more info for you if you'd like

well finally got around to gettin some stuff cleaned and repainted and back in...still have a few things i need to run back to JY for like the A-pillar covers and cluster bezel and the panel under sterring colum....but its coming along nicely and lookin like a brand new interiorer!! also got my 1" BL on sat but thats nothing special...lol did it by myself in about and hour and a half just because i was at work doing it in between...lol. new windshield and rear slider glass was installed about 2 weeks ago. and trying to work it out where all i have to paint is the dash. goin down to auto paint store and give them the interior paint code and they can put it in a spray can where i can tape everything off and spray it in the truck!!

as you can see a few lil thing left to do....

repainted the seat tracks and bolts....

repainted my cup holder and even got the slider things for it and the rubber mats!!
Name: HPIM0975.jpg
Views: 158
Size: 67.1 KB

redid my headliner myself and installed sunvisors..they need a lil cleaning still....
Name: HPIM0976.jpg

anyways like i said..its coming along nicely and lookin better than i thought it would...just cleaning and repainting what i can before i put it in the truck...the carpet came out nice just a few lil places that need some touching up a lil....i cleaned and scrubbed the floor of cab before i put the carpet in so everything is nice neat and clean and smelling good.....there are some good points to having OCD...LOL!!!

thanks stone!! hope to have everything done before the meet!! and hopefully here next yr i can repaint the truck....gonna keep orig. color but do a DSG bottom. also gonna try and get my front lift spacers on but just found out that the xtender studs are prob a different size on the 4x4 than the 4x2. which i got a set a daystars from a guy on TRS that came off a 4x4. so im trying to find out if thats true and where i can get the right size ones.....also gonna have my brush guard on soon..just have to do a lil modifiying to it.
