Dash lights/thread/how to?
So I think about 3/4's of my little lights in my dash have burned out including the one for the 4x4 switch to the right, I was wondering if anybody knows of a previous thread or section that gives decent instructions on replacing these things? I bought all new bulbs for about 8 bucks. But it looks like a royal pain in the ***.Thanks!

Hey there,
Just had to change a few on my 94 as they were burnt out. This is not a hard job but a bit time comsuming. I had to take the bezel off and it just pulls off as it is clipped on, then you need to take off the cover below the steering column. You need to undo the 2 bolts that holds up the steering column but don't take them right out, you just need to drop the column about a half a inch or so. There are four screws that hold in the whole gage cluster and you need to remove those, then you can pull out the cluster, on the back of the cluster there are 2 plugs and your speedo cable and they are plug and play and you just disconnect them and take out the whole cluster and turn it over and you can then replace all your burnt out bulbs. This was the only way I could see it being done as there was not enough room for me to get my hands up and in behind the dash and reach all the bulbs.
