Craigslist tire question

I'm trying to sell my old wheels and tires (245/75R16 on 16x8 wheels) to a guy that has a 1999 2wd v6 Ranger. Will these fit his truck without rubbing?

I'd assume they'd fit. some guys run 31s on stock 2wds.
