I found mine at a Tractor Supplies Plus. It didnt fit perfect. My dad and I used a Utility knife to perfect where it met the wheel wells but other than that it was a nice fit.
Marie you truck is going to look really good with the lift kit. One reason I like my sport so much is the lift that it gets from the factory which, after looking at your pics, is a lot more than the xlts.
BTW I like the tailgate handle

In '08, ford lowered the torsion bar trucks to about coil sprung 2wd models height...including all 4x4's. Her truck is the same height as any 08+ 4x4. Sad isn't it?
And Sport's don't get any lift....the 2wd models have the same suspension as the 4x4 trucks...just w/o a front axle or transfer case.

OK.... have some more pics to share. Decided to use the old thread rather than start a new one....
Seattle waterfront where the container ships come in and out.
The classics:
Prime example of Seattle's inability to pave a street:
This I saw and just had to share. Purchased by the King Co. Metro Transit they dropped this off at my work so we could isntall some equipment in the back. The thing is awesomely horrible... they actually bought 2 but the other on was already wrecked when they were teaching the guy to drive it... ripped the wheels and door(s) off... Gotta love a city budget...
This one's just for you Steve:
