I know it won't help you but one of my favorites is the '01-'03 front end conversion.

Interior:
OHC
Blue overlays
Tint

Exterior:
Painted headlights
Anything that makes it look '06+ (I believe you have an 08 so that doesn't help you)

I wouldn't call it a mod, but the toolbox is the best investment by far.

It is a center console for the bucket seats. What are the advantages to any mods? Its just what people like and it looks good.

I put a about a 2" convex mirror onto my drivers side, side mirror that allows me to see better while changing lanes. The Ranger has a really mean blind spot that I just can't see while driving without that little round mirror. That has saved me from many accidents already.

You can buy them dirt cheap and they just stick on to your side mirror very nicely. It's a must have for me.

The foglight mod was FREE and easy. I noticed a pretty noticeable difference too. And on the subject of lighting, getting LED's from Buggman is worthwhile. I put them in the glovebox and domelight.

Do you men concave or convex mirror? Most add a convex spot mirror. Just wondering. You don't see my concave mirrors in the parts stores.

To be exact yes a convex mirror. You know those little round mirrors you see on big truck rigs. Call it whatever you want.
