slow battery drain

I have a problem with 1999 ford ranger (auto 4x4 3.0L)

I have slow drain which will kills the battery in a day or two. It is .2 amps when the truck is off. It drops to near zero (.007 amps) when I pull fuse 25 (general electronics module, instrument cluster) and to .08 amps when I pull fuse 26.
Everything that it could be is tough to get to or expenisive, so I am looking for some help in narrowing the feild. Any idea?
thanks
James
