Please help! Ranger vibrations

I have an 08 4.0 4x4 ranger that I recently got. It’s in very good condition especially for 170,000 miles. I cranked the t-bars and it had a little vibration at high speeds for a bit then kind of went away and then I put 2” wheel spacers on it and now the steering wheel and whole truck shakes at high speeds. I also never got an alignment the first time I cranked them. What does anyone think the issue could be?

do you think an alignment would fix it so I could keep the spacers?

An alignment might help, but personally I think spacers are an abomination, especially for a daily driver. They increase the stress on the studs, bearings and ball joints. They have their place at the track, and maybe off-road, but not for commuting.

They also might be illegal in your neck of the woods.

Im gonna get an alignment and prolly take them off because I don’t want to wear all that stuff out. Thank you for your help!
