Found a parts truck

I was crusing the want ads and found someone nearby who has a 02 XLT 4x4 that he is parting out. i am going to look at it this weekend. I am taking the A-pillars and grab handles. also going to look at the rear axle. I'm looking for a 4.10 rear end but I have a feeeling its going to be a 3.73. Are there any other parts I should be looking at Ie: torsion bars etc. that would be a good upgrade on these vehicles.

You should get the whole frame and set your body down on it and have 4wd!

Serious question I dont know if that was a joke but can you do that? Would it be cheaper for a 2wd coil sprung to do a SAS then 4x4 swap or just get a 4x4 frame and swap body parts? Not that I plan on doing this just wondering.
