question about raising up my hitch

finally gettin the hitch cut and rewelded since i got the body lift

what im curious about, will it still be as strong?
i dont know much about welding...
would the welds be a weak point?

As long as it is welded properly by someone who knows what they are doing I wouldnt see why it would be any weaker, I am not 100 percent sure though man

If the welds are done corectly you will have no problems.

the guy definitely knows what hes doing

hes gonna do plating for reinforcement i guess
so shouldnt be too bad
