Has anyone did this mod?

Has anyone did a mod that involves the dome light staying on after the doors are shut and it dimming out after 15-30 seconds?

Just curious...

Will, does yours DIM after a delay, or just go out? I've never seen a Ranger that dims. That would require pulse width modulation or some other dimming method that our Rangers don't have. The dome light is controlled by the GEM in our trucks.

30 seconds sounds quick. Mine will turn off after like 5-10 minutes, and mine is wired into a constant power line on the battery saver relay.

Interior Light Delay Kit MKII
Part Number: KC5392
US$14.59
This is about halfway down the page. Sorry. No direct Link.
There is some other unusual stuff there too.
Worth a look!
