quick Ticket question

Just got a ticket for my rear amber lights and was wondering about how much you think its gonna be hopefully not over 100. I pulled out of my neighborhood only to get pulled over because my knee had hit the switch and the ground wire was disconnected, so i didn't realize they were on.

So you had the lights on? And it is the cops fault for doing his job?

I am guessing like 100 bucks.

I realize he was doing his job but they are legal amber fog lights properly mounted and aimed. I didn't even know the damn things where on and it was in the middle of the day who would run fog lights in the middle of the day?!

Holy crap....I had no clue.

Here, there's a price on the ticket, then when you plead guilty, it's lowered some...of course...that's if you do it in a timely manner.

Learn something new everyday.

That setup sucks, how could they not tell you how much to bring?

edit: No duh. It's california.

Everything they do is retarded.

They're not legal amber fog lights if you them have mounted on a cage facing backwards. AND, you live in CA where waking up in the morning is enough to get a ticket by law. Best thing you can do is go to court and tell them it was an accident.

That's crazy, they should tell you how much it is. I got a written warning a couple weeks ago and the state trooper never would tell me how fast I was goin and put "exceeding 55" on the paper. By the way I was goin 80 in a 55, and he gave me a warning wtf. I was soooo lucky that day.
