QuickJack and a Ranger: Any Experience
Hi All,
Been dormant over the past year or so with having a couple kids, but finally trying to tackle this rabbit hole that is my 99 Ford Ranger. When I left off, I needed to overhaul the entire front end. With that and just general projects/maintenance, I'm ordering a QuickJack 7000 SLX. Super excited to give everything a go. But searching on the boards, there doesn't seem to be any threads about it. Just wondering if anyone out there has given this thing a go and if so, needed to purchase any special adapters like the SUV/Truck kits and/or the frame extender. I measured the Ranger before purchase and it seems like the 7000 SLX alone will barely meet the requirements without purchasing additional accessories.
Anyone have any experience using any of QJ's products on a Ranger?

I have never used one, but I have seen similar units on YouTube. They seem ideal for getting the vehicle off the floor for wheel and suspension work. I don't believe
these were designed to do under vehicle work. I wouldn't crawl under the vehicle without back up such as floor jacks.
