It was a pretty good weekend. I worked on the truck Saturday and got new rotors and pads on the front and new brake shoes on the back. Didnt have time to replace spark plugs and wires though.



On my way to my mom's house to work on the truck, i passed a 1st gen Ranger for sale that was SUPER clean. I was like "I want that truck". Well about noon, it showed up in my mom's neighbor's driveway. He had just bought the truck. It super nice. not sure of the exact year. I know it has the 2.9V6 and its 4x4. its a one owner truck. the dude only gave $1200 for it with 86k original miles. old man owned it



On my way to the watershed to fish, i looked in my rear view mirror and at one point there were 3 Rangers behind me! it looked like a Ranger meet I didnt know about...lol. I snapped a pic but all you can see is two behind me. funny thing was they were all black:

Nice ranger. I personally dislike your "wheel well flares". Are the flag mirrors on newer rangers? I have the "more rounded" ones and like them, yours are power though, right?

 

What u be talking about AK. I have a flareless 4x4 and I don't have "flag" style mirrors. I have the 06+ square mirrors but not are not power. If ur talking about the black thing behind the truck it os the fender to my noat trailer lol
