Hey everyone I drive a 2004 Ford RangerXLT 3.0L V6 5 speed automatic. Im getting ready to do a tune up im looking for opinions on which brand of fluids to use oil, transmission and coolant. I know how to change plugs and cable and fluids, Im just looking for opinion on the matter.

 

My 2005 owners manual lists a 3.0 with:
Motorcraft SAE 5-20 Premium Synthetic = 4.5 qts
Motorcraft Mercon V ATF = 10.0 qts
Motorcraft Premium Gold = 14.8 qts
Brand would be something you trust.
