I dunno, I think that once I decide to get rid of my Ranger, I'm going back to a Crown Vic.. That's all I have to say on the topic.

I feel like I'm a partial contributor to this thread (see sig)

but I'm w' everyone else that said:

-if you own, owned, or will own a ranger, this place is for you

-who cares, it's just a public board on the internet

its hard to find a job that you actually enjoy and like.
so if they lose the job they love doing, they will have to resort to doing something they dont like doing. What if someone took your job away that you enjoyed doing?,i doubt you will be having that same attitutude.Im not trying to cause a argument bwester,I respect you,I just have a different view i guess
Yes indeed it IS hard to find a job that you like/enjoy, but.. this is the perfect saying (one of my favorites) for that one- "you've gotta do what you gotta do". I waited tables up untill this month, because it paid my bills, allowed me to buy groceries to eat, etc. I didnt have money to buy excess crap, but it did the 'job' at keeping me stable. Did I hate it? YES, with a passion. Now my patience has paid off and I have something that hopefully i'll enjoy in the long run and will allow me to save money (for once lol) and help pay off my upcoming student loans.

like stated before, if you've owned a ranger or currently do or plan on buying one, then you should feel free to use these forums. if you don't own a ranger, never have or never will, then, what's the point of being in these forums? it would be like asking the mechanic at a Porsche dealership to work on your ranger (it doesn't make sense)

you know what? i did what i thought was best for, me. My ranger was breaking down slowly and it was going to nickel and dime me as long as I had it. I came accross a deal i couldnt pass up. an even trade for a dodge ram. Yes i want another ford, but wanting and needing are 2 different things. I needed something i'll know that will be a little more reliable. So i dont even know why this topic was started (again).

wow, didn't expect to open up a can of worms this big. look, i had to lay off my 3rd guy in 6 months because of lack of work. MAy not sound like much, but when you only started with a total of 15 it is a lot. I didn't mean to imply to kick anyone off or ban them for not having a Ranger, but being a diehard Ford man and I have only ever worked for Ford dealers(17 years) and I see an ever increasing portion of the market going foreign, it just completely rubbed me the wrong way when i started reading a thread and it was someone talking about they just bought their new toyota. I would rather see someone go dodge or chevy before going toyota, nissan etc. please, i am not trying to start a "my product is better than your product" arguement. This is all my OPINION. you all have yours. Like I said, I just got rubbed the wrong way at the wrong time.
