rear brake problem

MY BRAKES LOCK UP WHEN I FIRST DRIVE IT AFTER LETTING IT SIT FOR A HOUR AND THEN THEY DO NOTHING IF I STOP IN SNOW THEY KEEP SPINING AND THE REAR ABS IS ON

Pull the fuse and see if the brakes work like normal.

Rear brake cylinders could be locked up/frozen, a common failure.

Remove the drums, and get back with us...

FYI there are so many threads about this.. Its a common thing..
