There are alinement holes behind the badges.. so unless you have the $$$ to shave & paint id either get some 06+ badges or leave em alone..
ditto on the mud flaps.. though id leave the bed caps as by now they have worn the paint underneath..
you could lose the step bars, sell em $$$, unless you need them..
bumper mod to close that gap a tad..
headlight mod..
blinker mod..
detail the interior?

Haha yeah I don't have anything to do in the afternoons so I basically live on R/F if the weather is crappy which it has been lately.

Fishing line is awesome for this kind of job after you heat the emblem tape.
ROFL@taking fender off
FWIW the only emblem 'bolted' on is the ford badge on the grille and it's just a nut with sharp edges cutting into the plastic alignment 'bolt' haha

damn, i thought maybe i 'stripped' the plastic on the emblem when i took it off to paint my grille. it barely tightened back semi-snug. no way in hell it's gonna work again...at least the way ford made it.
