Rear End Type?!?
 

Hey,
Just purchased an 2005 Ranger Edge Supercab 3.0. What i was wondering, is a way to tell if the truck is positive rear end or the old one wheel wonder?

Should be able to tell from the axle code. Think mine was listed inside the driver door on one of those labels.

Use the axles codes section a little ways down. I think those are still accurate for the newer Ranger. Pretty sure they are right for my 07.
