I bought a set of 06 Ranger emblems almost a year ago and have yet to actually put them on. I was wondering, whats the easiest way to get them off with out damaging the paint around the emblem?

Also, one of my new emblems doesnt have the 2 sided tape... so i was going to use construction adhesive...

 

Go to autozone and get 3M emblem tape, don't use construcrtion adhesive, bad idea. Blowdryer and fishing line worked for me to remove them.

 

i did the blowdryer and fishing line trick. I used goo gone to get all the stickey glue off

I actually started to pull my ranger emblems after doing my tailgate mod. I literally started to just pull them off. No "aid" needed. lol.

 

Same here. I was able to pull mine off. Once they have been on for a couple of years they come of pretty easy.

 

Like everyone said before the fishing line and blow drier do the trick really well
