Replace sliding rear window with a one peice?

A sliding rear window might be a option on some trucks but I really don't like mine. It does not fit tightly and leaks alittle water when I wash it. I have never opened that little window for any reason anyway.

Does anyone know how much it would cost to replace it with straight glass?

Try going to a place that sells and installs truck accessories, they will most likely have a few that they removed from other trucks in place of a slider. I've gotten lots here that way.

I want a slider so I can get into my truck cap's sliding window! When I get back to NC, I'll be up for swapping if I can find one.

I would like to put the one peice in mine. I never use the slider and I always seem to be reaching back there to adjust the center portion because it creaks in certain weather conditions while driving.

I can fit through a sliding window easily. No problem. and I too want a slider, I would use it when it's cold out so I can smoke without having wind nipping at my face.
